Yes. Our hair can be bleached or dyed. However, we recommend professional coloring services to maintain hair integrity and avoid damage.

For the best results and longevity of your extensions or wig, we recommend using professional-quality products such as Tresemmé, Aphogee, Nexxus, and Aussie. 🚫 Important: Do not use Silicone Mix on curly textures, as it contains chemicals that will loosen and alter your curls.

To maintain silky, smooth, and tangle-free hair, especially for straight and wavy textures, we recommend BioSilk Silk Therapy. This product helps control frizz, adds shine, and keeps the hair manageable without weighing it down. Use heat protectant before styling with hot tools.

Washing Extensions Properly

• Use a gentle shampoo (no sulphate) bath to cleanse the hair without stripping natural moisture. Avoid over-washing, as it can cause dryness.

• For quick refreshment, a co-wash (washing with conditioner only) is a great alternative to maintain softness and shine.

• Always detangle with a wide-tooth comb or fingers before washing. Start from the ends and work your way up.

• Allow hair to air dry or diffuse when possible to preserve its natural luster and texture.

Delivery times may vary based on your chosen shipping method.

Expedited shipping typically takes up to 3-5 days for delivery, while standard shipping may extend to 10 days. Via Canada Post/USPS

Fedex/DHL has the option of next day delivery or 2 day once shipped at additional cost.

Once an order is finalized, the selected shipping option becomes binding.

Please understand that we cannot be held liable for shipping delays arising from unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or other incidental issues beyond our control. International orders may take longer due to customs.

We carry Hyper-HD lace and transparent lace. HD lace offers the most seamless melt, while transparent lace is slightly thicker and has to be tinted more but more durable.

Yes, installment payments can be arranged. This option must be discussed and agreed upon directly between you and us. Please note that all installments must be paid in full within 4 weeks of the initial payment. Orders will only be processed once the balance is cleared.
